I contacted Steve on Wednesday evening, he was at my door next morning at 8.45 and did a great job repairing a leaking boiler and necessary repairs to cure the constant drop in pressure and need to fill the system regularly. He also performed the annual service. He even came back on Saturday morning to check it was all ok as there was still a very slight drip from the air pressure vent. The boiler is now purring sweetly. Steve is very a knowledgeable and accredited professional. I have no hesitation recommending Steve and he is reasonably priced compared to others I have used in the past who have not done such a good job.

Stephen has been a lifesaver since we moved into our flat in south London. He has always had great availability, and works quickly when he arrives, Stephen explains clearly the issues he diagnoses, and the work that will be required. Stephen has fixed both our hot water and central heating, as well as fixing a bath plug that had become stuck, on all occasions he was able to attend to the issue same day, or next day at the latest! If you are reading this review, I should hope you never need to use Stephen's services, however, should you find yourself without hot water, Aquaheat will get things moving again!

My boiler was broken beyond repair this week and the engineer from aquaheat was very helpful advising me of what would be most suitable for my flat. He emailed a full easy to understand quote later that day. Two days later two guys came and replaced the boiler within a day! Steve at Aquaheat did an excellent job repairing my 6 year old Worcester Bosch boiler which had been ‘written off’ by Putney Plumbers a few days previously. He spent an hour or so repairing and then servicing the boiler and charged a very reasonable £192 compared with the £3000 option recommended by Putney Plumbers. I highly recommend Aquaheat and will be using them in the future.

Steve called me back after leaving a voicemail and arrived to my flat within 2 hours of the phone call. He was friendly and polite and located the problem within my boiler in no time and then fixed it accordingly. All in all it took 25 mins and my boiler was back up and running.
