This boiler replacement was fitted on an existing system with under floor heating throughout the whole property.
This installation was for a brand new customer in the Fulham area. A plumber was called after their original boiler had blown up the heat exchanger, due to the fact that the heating system had not been flushed properly.

For this installation, the plumber has installed a new Worcester Bosch 24RI (a regular condensing boiler). This boiler is not pressurized, however, it is an “A” rated gas appliance, so is cheaper to run and much more efficient and environmentally friendly than the old type of boiler that was fitted previously. As part of this boiler replacement in Fulham, the boiler was wired into the customers existing system. Their particular system did not have a pump overrun on the fitted on the system, so the plumber had to wire the pump overrun onto the boiler. Having a pump overrun means that when the boiler reaches temperature, the boiler can keep running without the heat building up on the boiler. This makes the system much more efficient as it maximizes all of the heat output that boiler produces.
This boiler is quite simple to use.There is an on/off power switch and temperature control on the front of the boiler.On this boiler replacement in London SW6 the new boiler was connected to an under floor heating system, which is on a manifold with actuators, thermostatic values and room stats in each room.

I contacted Steve on Wednesday evening, he was at my door next morning at 8.45 and did a great job repairing a leaking boiler and necessary repairs to cure the constant drop in pressure and need to fill the system regularly. He also performed the annual service. He even came back on Saturday morning to check it was all ok as there was still a very slight drip from the air pressure vent. The boiler is now purring sweetly. Steve is very a knowledgeable and accredited professional. I have no hesitation recommending Steve and he is reasonably priced compared to others I have used in the past who have not done such a good job.

Stephen has been a lifesaver since we moved into our flat in south London. He has always had great availability, and works quickly when he arrives, Stephen explains clearly the issues he diagnoses, and the work that will be required. Stephen has fixed both our hot water and central heating, as well as fixing a bath plug that had become stuck, on all occasions he was able to attend to the issue same day, or next day at the latest! If you are reading this review, I should hope you never need to use Stephen's services, however, should you find yourself without hot water, Aquaheat will get things moving again!
