BEFORE WE START:

Please clear all items and belongings from the area that new installation is taking place.

If possible find out where your gas meter is.

If possible find out where your main, mains stopcock is.

Please clear all cupboards where new installations works will be carried out.

Please remove any large items of furniture within the areas we will be working.

Please remove any electrical appliances within the areas we will be working.

We will put dust-sheets down and take every effort to avoid dirty water staining the carpet, however sometimes this is unavoidable. It is your responsibility to completely cover or remove carpets or flooring within the areas that we will be working. (Please see terms and conditions for more details).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

All payments must be made in full on completion of work unless agreed otherwise by the customer and Aquaheat in writing at least 24 hours before any works have been started.

Please note that Aquaheat will be responsible for repairs and cost to any leak on any new pipe work, boiler or heating parts that they have installed within the 12 month guarantee period.

Aquaheat will cover the cost of replacing any faulty parts that have been installed as long as it is within a 12 month period from invoice installation date.

Aquaheat will register with Gas Safe for the building control certificate once payment has been made in full.

Aquaheat will register the boiler with the manufacturer (if required) for any extended warranties, on receipt of full payment on completion.

Please note that Aquaheat will not be held responsible for:

Any leaks or damage caused by leaks on the customers’ existing pipe work caused by converting and gravity or pumped system to a mains system or refilling and mains system.

Any damage to furniture that we have to move out of the way in order to carry out works. (please remove this before we start).

Any damage to electrical goods that we have to move out of the way in order to carry out works. (Please remove this before we start.)

Any part of an existing system which shows a problem with working after the new works are carried out. (Any new problems that may show up after any heating workings are carried out will be charged at an agreed set price before works are carried out).

Please note that payment for the new works still needs to be paid in full before any new faulty works are rectified.

Aquaheat puts dust-sheets down wherever possible but will not be held responsible for any staining on carpets Lino or wood flooring due to excess spillage from removing an old boiler or heating parts. (All carpets must be removed in all areas that we work in order to avoid this if a customer is concerned about staining. The carpets must be removed by the customer before works are carried out). It is the responsibility of the customer to remove and replace any floorboards that need to be moved in order to carry out work. Aquaheat will remove any wooden floorboards in order to carry out our works but we accept no responsibility for any damage caused to floorboards that we have had to remove.

Aquaheat will not be held responsible for any existing valves, pumps and taps etc. that stop working after new works are installed. Although we will offer to rectify any new plumbing or heating problems that may arise due to new installation or maintenance works carried out. This will be at an agreed fixed price.
